On the night of 11/03/2025, an anti-drug operation was conducted in various areas under the Sadar and Mohanganj police stations of Netrokona district. In the said operation, Mamun Mia (28), the younger son of the deceased Chan Mia and Dolly Akhtar of Moujebali village of Kailati union in Netrokona Sadar area, was arrested from his residence with 220 (two hundred and twenty) pieces of Yaba tablets. A regular case was filed against Mamun Mia (28) at Netrokona Sadar police station on 12/03/2025 and the accused was handed over to the learned court. (DNC, Netrokona)
